The truth is, I didn't like this machine very much; I expected more. The functions are okay, but the one that's supposed to provide heat doesn't give even a little bit of heat, and the material is very hard; it hurts me when it's massaging. For the price, I expected something more comfortable that would actually help me de-stress, but well, I still use it, but only in the gentlest mode, 1 or 2 at most, otherwise it starts to hurt me with mode 3 or 4, not to mention the others.

Everything else works normally and there's no problem using it smoothly, but the multi-socket cannot be plugged into the outlet. It would be nice if you could send something else.

Took a while to arrive but an excellent foot massager
The Shiatsu foot massage system offers several interesting modes and variations, making the experience pleasant and relaxing. The massage provides a certain well-being to the feet. However, I would have liked it to also help relieve pain in the legs, which unfortunately was not the case for me. Overall, it is a decent device for foot relaxation, but its effects remain limited beyond this area.
The only problem i have it should be in english but otherwise it working fine hopefully it lost a very long time
The item took an extra month to arrive than what the seller had promised, and they didn't even respond. It arrived, and the device itself is fabulous, but the wait is horrible—more than two months since it was ordered from Spain.
