This is the best massage device I've bought from Ali. The other products are all good, but this one is the best for relieving neck tension because it's a neck massager.

This product applies strong pressure to the neck area. It's good that it sticks out a lot. Some products have small balls that don't pop out.

Delivery was fast, the packaging was intact, and the contents inside were also intact. I liked the pillow; it delivered exactly what I expected. It really massages the muscles down to the bones.

The size is a bit small, but it has decent power.

It's nice to be able to lie down and get a massage.

But you have to buy an extension cord (I have a white one) if you don't have the plug near the sofa.
It comes with a remote control, you can turn the heat on or off (in red the heat is on). It has different modes, intensities, rotates from right to left or vice versa. Good material quality, good finishes, etc. Comes in a box.

performs all functions well. Good heating, you can really inflate the pillow using a bellows. The only downside is the short cord.

Massage is comfortable and woeks on bottom od upper back exactly as i wanted. control is good, material seems durable. hopefuly it will last.

Since it's wired, the power is really strong, and it's so cool that you can operate it while lying down.
Don't buy the clumsy pillow type or the ones that go around your neck; just buy this one.

Good product. It provides an adequate massage and has 3 adjustable speeds. The only thing I don't like is that the remote control cable is very short... it's easy to pull too much and end up disconnecting the device. Overall, I am satisfied with the product. I recommend its purchase.
