Great stuff belt is really solid and fastens well all it tabs stay fastened until you deliberately take them off nice product and it really dose hold you in there i'm only returning because i've gotten my regular large size which won't fit in comfortably only because i've just had my baby and my entire trunk is all over the place 😅 😅
It’s a good fit for postpartum to get back into shape. I try and wear everyday not sure if it makes a difference but worth a try.
