It is a product that helps with back pain; it's not worth the final price with taxes, but it is certainly cheaper than paid chiropractic sessions and provides good relief for those in desperate need of lumbar pain relief.
Note: be careful with the heating mode, it gets really hot, to the point of leaving marks on the skin. Use the product while wearing a shirt and place a face towel over the pillow.

Impressive little lumbar cushion, the automatic mode is very good taking you through a cycle of vibration, pressure and heat. The instructions could be better but it's a simple product and quite easy to work out. Tried for two days so far - i would like to believe that it is helping my back, i'm not sure how robust it will be. I can update this review after a few weeks
